Clinical Study Manager
Tunis, Tunisia
The Clinical Study Manager will lead our Tunis office and manage engagements with clinical partners within and beyond Tunisia. This high-impact position focuses on establishing clinical partnerships, managing regulatory documentation, and overseeing the implementation of Moonlight AI’s solutions.
Responsibilities:

Identify, approach and build partnerships with Universities, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories in Tunisia and potentially MENA/Europe.

Onboard and train partners on data collection protocols.

Act as the main point of contact for partner institutions and maintain communication with partnering sites.

Prepare the required documentation (e.g., study plan) for local ethics committees.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local data protection laws) and industry standards.

Interact with the Data Management team to ensure that data collection standards are fulfilled.

Build relationships with potential implementation partners and start business development activities.

Build up Tunisian office and act as the primary point of contact for Tunisian activities.
Background and skills:

Master’s degree (or higher) in life sciences or medicine with experience working with hospitals and principal investigators.

3-5 years of professional or research experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting, preferably within a CRO.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new structures and processes, and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a pro-active mindset.

Business proficiency in French and English. Additional languages are a plus.

Ability to work independently and in remote teams.
